Shipping & Freight

In order to files a damage claim the recipient MUST inform the delivery person of exterior packaging damaged, and properly document the damage at the time of receipt. All packaging and product damage must be immediately photographed or video recorded clearly for claim submission. Claim submission must be filed within 2 business days of the arrival date, if the damage is not filed within this period, then we will not be held responsible for any shipment damage.

Return & Exchange

If you would like to return or exchange a product purchased, you can do so within 3 weeks of purchase. To qualify for a return or exchange, all the conditions must be met:

The product must not be used or have any alteration to allegeable for return or exchange.

Upon receipt the retuned product, it will be inspected for damage. If no damage is found and the previous conditions met, a refund or exchange will be issued. Refund will be issued for the full purchase price less all shipping costs and taxed collected.

If you return a product without a return authorization from us, we shall retain the right to refuse such return or exchange requested.

Please note that 'custom order' items are not eligible for return. An item qualifies as a 'custom order' item if it is not listed in our website.

Refund (Prior to shipment)

We will accept refunds on all products within 24hrs of order. If funds have been exchanged (credit card, bank transfer, etc.), then a 5% refund fee will be discounted from the refund to account for administrative expenses. if funds have not been exchanged, then the order will be voided.

All orders of custom orders that are older than 24hrs are ineligible for refund.
